Can't get to PRONI to do this myself. Is anyone currently researching these records?
Felix McCauley was born in Poorhouse in 1863, father Felix and mother (Mary) Jane Shiels, sponsor Catherine Kelly.
Have found no marriage record for Felix and Jane, nor can I find a baptismal record for a son of theirs, my ggf, Patrick McCauley who later married a Kelly from Ahoghill
Interested in admission records which may indicate if they had children with them when admitted.
This family were RC and my ggf said his birthplace was Ahoghill, and census data shows him b1856 or 57.
Just out of curiosity: Trying to ascertain whether Catherine Kelly was a friend/relation, or an employee of the Workhouse.
