I’m trying to find ancestors of Thomas Alfred Williams died June 1945 probably in Charleville Queensland Australia and Catherine May Ryan,  his wife, born 1853. Children : John Kieran (Jack), Alfred Francis, Barney, Kenneth Anthony, Veronica Ann, Reginald Frederick. He was a drover, I think.

Was he Alfred Thomas or Thomas Alfred or did he use both variants?

 - there is one death here for an Alfred Thomas Williams in 1945, father John, mother Ann Ogden
It would appear he married Catherine in 1912.

Thank you jorose. They are one and the same. I have Ann and think she married a John Williams but not turning up much after that. Ogden sounds a hopeful kind of  lead. I’ll keep going.

There is a marriage for John WILLIAMS and Harriet Ann OGDEN in 1880, and they have a Thomas Alfred born in 1886 - sounds more likely than the birth year of 1853. Where did that come from?
