I'm looking for a burial of Lily Ayres who died 1Q 1983 Leicester Reg

She might be at Welford Road.

It was Leicestershire Central - not Leicester

These are all the areas covered by the Leicestershire Central RD  - have you tried ringing Welford Rd to see what records they hold?

Where was she living at the time of her death?  Are you sure she was buried rather than cremated?
