Can anyone please decipher which Devon parish this will refers to?
Bell, Salter, Street - Devon, Middlesbrough.
Lickess- North Yorkshire, Middlesbrough.
Etherington - North Yorks and Durham.
Barker- North Yorks
Crooks- Durham
Forster- North Yorks/Durham
Newsam, Pattison, Proud - North Yorks.
Timothy, Griffiths, Jones - South Wales

Is it Upton Pyne - spelled pine?

Could be but it doesn't seem to show the Upton bit  ??? ???

It seems like Utpon but there's no other Devon parish that fits:

Is this the William Bell whose probate year was 1783?  If so Find My Past have transcribed the place as Upton Pyne, no image available.  His occupation is given as sailor.
