Tombstone Lookup

This is a long shot but wonder if anyone can help,years ago someone sent me a tombstone photo it was on my great Grandfathers grave in St,Thomas,s churchyard,Stourbridge ,Isaac Parkes ,died aged 48, he died about 1858 is there anyone i can contact to try and find it again please,your help would be greatly appreciated.

48 year old seems to be buried 25 Dec 1859 St Andre, Dudley, Worcestershire*
