Charles Robert Roddis

Hi, I'm looking for the birth of Charles Robert Roddis. I have found him on the census from 1881 to 1911 and on every census it says he was born in Hull, between 1878 - 1881. I have also found his baptism (5 Mar 1879) in Hull.
I have not found any record of his birth on GRO or FindMyPast. Father was John Roddis and mothers name was Charlotte Ward.
Any help would be gratefully received

When I put those details into GRO  it comes back saying No Results Found

Have you spelt Roddis with two S's  :-\   I used similar sounding variations when I searched
