The original birth register (on 28 May 1889 a couple of days after his birth) has marginal notes referencing later life events:

Married at Guise (Aisne), 2 June 1913, to Eugenie Lucienne Octavie Moret
Married at Angers, 4 April 1951, to Marthe Marie Fage
died Angers, 29 May 1951

Only direct descendants can order a birth or marriage certificate, so if your friend is a direct descendant (child, grandchild etc..) he or she can order a certificate . But anyone can order a death certificate , so you can try to have the death certificate in Angers.

Jorose - thanks...that makes much more sense... that Rene and Eugenie married in 1913 before Jacques was born... Thank you...

Joger - Ah I didn't realise that... so if I need one I'll need to get the lady I'm helping to order one then.... although I might be ok now as seen above I have the proper date for Jacques' parents marriage which fits with Eugenie being his mother which is what the lady thought.. she was just given the wrong dates by her half sibling or it got lost in translation...

Thank you both of you....

Alexandre was also a witness at the reconnaissance of René.
I have found the marriage of Alexandre and Jeanne, 23/01/1894 Paris, 5th Arrondissement , act nb 75
page 16/31.
Alexandre , writer at the ministry of Finance living 14 rue de l'école polytechnique, born in Beaune (Cote d'or departement) son of Alexandre Barthelemi Hippolyte Peragallo, retired "directeur des contributions indirectes" living in Nice, and of the late Jeanne Laure Clothilde Buratoy (not certain), divorced Therese Blanchi 25 june 1889 , transcribed 9 november 1889 on the registers of Etat civil of Nice.

Sorry, I must go ,  Iwill translate what's next to-morrow if you wish.

Thanks Joger... if you get a chance tomorrow that would be amazing...don't worry if you don't get a chance... Its good to know that Alexandre actually divorced.. before he married Rene's mother not sure my lady would be happy about bigamy, not that bothered about him being slightly illegitimate. The story she was told was that Therese Bianchi went mad and got put in an asylum just before Alexandre met Jeanne Mansion... which is a rather sad ending for Therese...
