Does anyone live, or travel, anywhere near Fahan, who would be willing to take a photograph of a headstone at Upper Fahan (St. Mura's) Church of Ireland Churchyard, please?

I'm not really sure. I got excited when I saw you had posted a link to photos from the Cemetery, but then I dashed all my hopes too soon when I realised that there were no Military graves showing.

The headstone i specifically need is that of Able Seaman Charles Walmsley, buried in Grave 8 in the Military plot. If anyone is willing to take a photo of that headstone, all I ask is that the photo is as high resolution as possible please. It makes it easier to edit if need be that way.

Ive just had a thought actually. As it has been hard for me to get a photo from Fahan, would it be possible to photograph all 9 of the named WW2 headstones (there are also 2 unknowns buried there too) and then there wont have to be any more asking and begging.

Just a thought.

Were you away for the day?

Is this your man on Find a Grave
https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/26778880/charles-walmsley

Yes it is Sinann, but unfortunately the photos that were on there before were too small for what I need it for. I have just been sent an email from FindAGrave to say someone has uploaded some newer photos and they are all in VERY high resolution.

Everyone can stand down now. Mission accomplished.
