I’ve made a start on this - run out of time just now.
Hopefully someone will pick it up.

This is the last will and Testament
of me William Heyes of Bedford in the County of Lancaster brewer WHICH
I MAKE AND PUBLISH in MANNER FOLLOWING.........
.........plate linen china chattels and IMPLEMENTS........
........ executors hereafter named shall as soon as may be after my DECEASE shall CALL in and COMPEL payment......... personal estate and EFFECTS as shall consist of money out UPON SECURITY at Interest.........
..... and also  COLLECT and GET in all BOOK and other DEBTS which shall be owing to me at the time of my DECEASE ........
...... empower them my said Executors and the SURVIVOR of them
his EXECUTORS and ADMINISTRATORS to COMPROMISE or COMPOUND or SUBMIT to arbitration any DEBT sum or sums of money.......

Where you have written ‘bereave’, it is ‘decease’.

For future reference, it is better to attach a part of a document you want transcribed to a post, rather than attach it as a  download as you have done here. (Not everybody in the world has an unlimited amount of data each  month!)
And write what you have found, or need help with, in the body of the post.
I find I am jiggling between 4 screens to help with the transcription, which makes it more difficult then it need be.
Also you are only supposed to post small sections of a document , not the whole thing. This breaches the copyright rules of Rootschat. You may find the Moderators withdraw it.
Sorry to sound a bit negative, but Rootschat is run on volunteers giving their time to help, so anything to make it easier! You may not be aware of the conventions of the site.
I’ll come back to it later if nobody else has

Most of the first part (up to the witness names) - I've filled in some gaps and amended some words in your transcription.

Hope this helps
Philip

As I see it, the will of Abraham (not William) Heyes begins on the last 4 lines of the first page posted (starting at Extracted ...).

Unfortunately, everything before that (transcribed in reply #2 above) is from the preceding will, which belongs to someone else (named Jane Handley).

I would endorse goldie61's recommendation about how to post items for transcription.

For anyone else helping with this, if you have Ancestry access, the image is rather easier to read there than in the attached pdf.

Here’s a bit more - down to the bottom of Page 2.
I decided it was much easier to just do the whole thing rather than keep moving between several screens to see what you had already got or not.

It is awful lot of work to go through all the rest.
Perhaps this has been of help, and you can make out the rest now a bit better.
(The words at the end of some lines are difficult to make out - perhaps better if you can go directly through An*. I can't).
It is Abraham Heyes. I just copied what George had put in his transcript (William).

Took me a while to find to the start of the correct will. As you say Bookbox, it doesn’t start until the very bottom of Page 1. The rest above it is for somebody else.

In the words of Captain Edmund Blackadder: "Oh b*gger!"

Ah well, it's all good practice for next time.
