Joseph COCK, born 1809, Truro

Hello,

My Great, Great Grandfather, Joseph COCK, a Shoemaker, was born on 07/07/1809 in Truro, Cornwall, the son POSSIBLY of William and Sarah COCK.    He married 21 year old Elizabeth Robins BLACKER on 16/03/1839 in Truro.........most of his life thereafter was spent in Cardiff, South Wales.

I wonder if anyone has the facility to research, or can suggest how I research, his parentage, brothers, sisters etc.
