Need Translation

I have a GGG Grandfather, Johannes Van Cauwenberg, born in Belgium about 1800. His wife is Mary.  Could someone translate this to see if this could be him?

No, the surname matches, but this is an 1806 birth record for a girl named Petronille Thérèse, whose father is Jean Nicolas (signed as Joannes N. at the bottom) and mother is Jeanne Catharine.

Johannes Van Cauwenberg is a Flemish name and I took a quick look to see if was written in Flemish (which is very close to Dutch, which I speak).

But it's in French and I'm sure others are able to translate from French much better than I could.

Could give a full translation if needed, but the details have already been provided.  This Petronille could be Johannes's sister born a few years after him.  There are two words after the mother's forename, "Jean Nicolas et Jeanne Catherine xx xxx son épouse".  Perhaps her maiden surname.
Even with Mike's clean up I can't quite read it, maybe " van Genis" or similar?

Excellent job on the document Mike! I have been playing with the tools I have on my computer and the document I posted is much better than the original, but you took it to another level. I will work with the information provided and see how it fits.

In case this does turn out to be Johannes's sister - I'm not 100% sure about the first letter, but the mother's maiden name looks like Keuljens, or maybe Ceuljens.
