Edward Mercer and Elisabeth Bromley

I'm looking for confirmation of the marriage of Edward Mercer and Elisabeth.  Possibly they are both from Hadlow Kent and I presume married there between 1805 and 1812 when Sarah was born in 1812. A son also born in Hadlow - William born 1813-1816.
Elisabeth's maiden name could be Bromley but unconfirmed. Edward's father was also Edward born 1765 in Horsmonden, Kent and his mother Mary Lambkin or Lamkin also of Horsmonden however I have not confirmed this yet. Any help would be very much appreciated.

According to the Kent FHS Marriage Transcriptions Edward Mercer of Horsmonden married Elizabeth Mercer of Bromley in Yalding by Licence on 12 December 1812.

Their son William was baptised at Hadlow on 19 December 1813, according to Familysearch.

Thanks.  I wondered about the Elizabeth Mercer connection - It makes it difficult, was she a Miss Mercer or a widow I wonder?

Edwrd Mercer married Elizabeth Bromley c1820 and they had the following children baptised at the Weslyan Methodist Chapel, Goudhurst

This does not fit with the info you gave in your first post.

Seems to me that there are a least 2 Edwards/Elizabeth bapt Kent in the timeframe;

EG;
ELIZABETH 16 May 1813 Horsmonden
WILLIAM 19 December 1813 Hadlow** you have this
Both have Parents as Edward/Elizabeth Mercer
I would not think the same couple as children both likely born same year.

Are you descended from SARAH 1812 you mention Mary?
