Dear all at roots chat I am looking for William Henry Freeston born Ancaster about 1870 ish. I am not sure if you will be able to find him as I do not have a lot more to tell you.

Hi,

There is a birth of a William Henry Freeston Jan 1869, Grantham and a death in the same quarter for this person.

Mother's maiden name of the above is recorded as Colton.

Could this be who you are looking for?

... but although George’s birthplace is shown as Ancaster, his father William Henry Freeston was born c1876 Sudbrook(e), Lincs, per 1901.

hello there I have been to Ropsley and seen the memorial and know of the person you are talking about. the relative lives in Ropsley so there must be something in this that is the same family
