End of line two could be “pleura”.  Can you tell this is bugging me?😂

Jules

Edited to add: stretching my imagination here but could it be “Hepatitus C with ?????? Pleura?

I don't know the answer to this so just asking . . . .would they have known about plaques back then?

Not sure I would go for 'Hepatitis C with Pleura' - that doesn't sound right at all (- but I've been wrong before.   :-\ ::) ;))

I'm almost sure the second line starts with Hypot . . .

(will I save a snip and take it with me on a visit the Dr tomorrow? ;D - might be an idea!)

I'm sure it's hypotensal - is there such a word rather than hypotensive.? I've been reading about cirrhosis and hypotension in the later stages

It wasn’t making much sense to me either but it was worth a try.😀.  Hopefully Wiggy will return with the answer.

AVM I’ve learned something new today.

There most certainly is!    ;)

Added - just not sure how 'Hypotensive' would fit in this particular context.
