WW2 Portrait of pilot and navigator by Cuthbert Orde
« on: Sunday 25 March 18 21:51 BST (UK) »
Hi
Have been having a tidy up and came across a copy of a portrait of my father (navigator) along with his pilot. It was completed in February 1944. They were in the RNZAF 487 squadron who took part in Operation Jericho. The portrait is quite unusual as Orde mainly did pilots on their own. Although they are New Zealanders I wondered if it is worth checking if a museum here would like a copy. ??
Any thoughts/advice would be good

Thanks in advance
KK
