1933 Los Angeles Times Look up please.

Is anybody able to take a look at the Los Angeles Times dated July 5th 1933 in which a Fred Birchenough age 52 appears for something, possibility of being in some kind of an accident.

It appears to be a car accident in which 9 people were injured.  The most seriously injured was Fred Birchenough, who was in a car driven by P. Besovi.  Birchenough received a possible concussion, "almost being scalped."

SEVEN INJURED IN HERMOSA BEACH COLLISION
 HERMOSA BEACH, July 4. Seven persons were injured here this morning, one seriously, when a sedan driven by Leona Carr of 1800 Rockefeller avenue, Redondo Beach, collided with a light coupe driven by P. Besovi. of 6719 Newell street, Huntington Park.
    Fred Birchenough, 52 years of age, of 2787 Glenwood Place, Huntington Park, who was riding with Besovi, was the most severely Injured, receiving a possible concussion. He was almost scalped. Marshall Sherwin, 13, Jack Sherwln, 10. Maxine Sherwin. 11, and Anez Sherwin, 5, of 1803 Grant avenue, Redondo, and David and Patsy Carr. All occupants of the sedan, received cuts and bruises. All were treated at the Hermosa-Redondo Hospital.
