Edward Robert Chatterton

I am seeking any information on Edward Robert Chatterton who lived in Townsville, Australia.  I believe he was married to Jean Lorraine (last name unk).  He would've been born around 1935 +/-
I have found them both on census records, but cannot find birth, marriage or death records.
Any help will be appreciated.

By Census, I take you mean Electoral Rolls?

It would appear his wife passed away in 2016 and he a bit earlier in 2010 - and looks like he may have used his middle name.

Page 2 of this 1997 Time Capsule 'Family History' published online (the Capsule was opened March this year), gives you his wife's maiden name and details about their children and grandchildren - and much more.

Thanks so much, Ambly.  This is far more than I had hoped for.  I will certainly keep these sites in my reference book.  I even got her photograph.  Yea!
I tried with Queensland BDM to find her birth certificate, but to no avail.  I want to confirm her parents' names so that I can record them.  Other than the BDM site, could you direct me to another address in Australia wherein I may find her birth record?  I tried to find a birth notice on Trove, but nothing.

You won’t get online BDM for them, unless their children died pre April 1988.

Having read the PDF link supplied - names can not be discussed here as there are those still living - Aligator Creek QLD is mentioned.

If you do a White Pages search you will see there is a CHATTERTON still living there. You could contact them. whitepages.com.au

Thanks for all your help.  You either have a wonderful memory or are very organized, to have remembered the name, Hague, from previous comments.  I have pulled these up, and will re-work them to see what I may have missed.  Thanks again.
