I was wondering if any of you would be able to help decipher what this paragraph says in my ancestor Jonathan Wood's will.

I don't know what those two words that appear to start with a 'Z' are.  I think they must be a legal term.

And I hereby direct my said trustees to pay the fines and fees upon the admission of my said daughter Maria the widow of the said ______  Stills (?) and of my grandson Jonathan Wood to the copyhold estates hereinbefore devised to the said Maria ___ills  and Jonathan Wood respectively.

A line was jumped in the previous transcript.
