Reverend John Parker (c1753-1828 or c1750-1825) of Kemble
« on: Tuesday 03 April 18 21:40 BST (UK) »
The Reverend John Parker was apparently vicar of All Saints, Kemble for 40 years. He was buried in Kemble on June 5, 1828, aged 75 (i.e. born circa 1753), although his gravestone says that he died on June 1, 1825, aged 75 (i.e. born circa 1750). He had a wife, Mary, and his first child seems to have been born around 1789. I am trying to find out more about him and his family, particularly his son, William (probably born in the 1790s), and whether the Rev. John left a Will. John Ross Parker, his eldest son,  was buried in Kemble on September 13, 1812, having died on September 11, 1812, aged 23 (i.e. born circa 1789). Can anyone help on this? Vincent
