Reading an address

Hello
I have a scrap of paper with 2 addresses on....the black ink one is nice and easy to read, but a pencilled address on the top right corner is really tricky  ???....any help gratefully received
Cheetham in Eccles, Lancashire. Roxburgh in Galston, Ayrshire. Lindsay in GlenIsla, Dundee and Newcastle

Agree with that BB apart from maybe 379?    Guess you can check that in various census or address documents.

MY immediate reaction was 319 but I see what you mean, Wiggy. That number has a feint loop at the top  but the 1 in 21 is just a stroke. Hmm......

Yes, I think you're right - 379 - the stroke is also longer than the 1 in 21.   :)
