The 1911 Census has them married 4 years - about 1907.
The 1911 Census has them with a boarder named Maggie DUFF, age 20, b Belfast.

This looks like their marriage in 1907, Belfast:

On 21st October 1907 at St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Belfast
John FOLEY 20, bachelor, Labourer, of 3 Kildare St. Belfast. Father: William FOLEY, Iron Driller.
Mary Elizabeth BRADY 20, Spinster, Flax Spinner, of 1 Tennants's Court, Belfast. Father: James Brady, Labourer.
Witness: Daniel DUFF, Julia MORTON
