Why do you think Thomas Alexander Semple might be your relative?

He was born Co. Antrim and here's the family in 1911- father also born Antrim-

Hi,

Thomas Alex. Semple arrived on the Montclare in May of 1928, aged 19.  Says he was born in Larney, Co. Antrim.  Father is Mr James Semple, Headwood, Balynure.  Going to Uncle Arthur Semple in Georgetown Ontario

This looks to be the Semple family Ballyboley (Ballycor, Antrim).

The birth of Thomas Alexander Semple was registered Larne - Q1 1910 - volume 1 page 101073

Odd how the immigration for Thomas says going to Uncle Arthur but the obit of Charles says

Quote
Brother of Arthur of St. Catharines and Thomas of Scarborough, Mary Armstrong and Lily Armstrong, both of Northern Ireland.

Lily was my great grandmother so these are the correct people.  I also knew my great great aunt Mary.

That isn't the correct Thomas but Arthur and Charles did have a brother Thomas who went to Canada and in the obit quoted earlier he is referred to as 'brother' and in Scarborough.
