The record has it as Selina but I'm not too sure.  I can find no marriage in 1907c between a Herbert and a Selina....  could it be Lydia?

Don't think it is that marriage.  They state no children born in the 1911 census and I have found these births with mmn Winterflood

On the London Electoral Rolls at 285 Hornsey he shows up as Herbert Edward BROWN.

Later in 1920 (not at same addy but still in Islington there's a Herbert Edward BROWN with wife Lizzie Alice.)
