Wow! Pat that is breathtakingly beautiful - brought a lump to my old throat. Lovely skin tones, her dress looks all the more stunning & the colouring of the back drop would be just as I would imagine. I hadn't even realised that she as holding one glove before - I though it was a hankie!

There is a current post asking why people want old B&W photos colourised - this is why....brilliant work Pat.

Thank you Keith, it is great to get comments like this, I am so happy you like the result. I think colour sometimes finds the little details that can be missed in a black and white photo, which is one reason I love colouring photos.

I'm glad you had a break from the ironing Carol  ;D I now have 3 gorgeous coloured versions - impossible to choose between them so all 3 with be added to the family album alongside the B&W versions.

My pleasure...it took a long time but I enjoyed doing it...I had to take it off and colour the hands as I had missed them...a bit blurry eyed I think  ;D
