Also, the first son named (line 6 of original will) is Arthur (not Aubrey).

Just checked the will in Ancestry - this name is Arthur.

I was unsure about that, and was wondering if it might be Aubyn. However now that you say it I can see that Arthur makes sense :)

The above written will was proved at London before the Worshipful William Merricke, Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted, on the twenty ninth day of the month of November in the year of the Lord one thousand six hundred and forty one by the oath of Elizabeth Glanvill, relict of the said deceased and the executrix named in this will, to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods, rights and credits of the said deceased, to well and faithfully administer the same; sworn on the Holy Gospels of God (before Edward White, clergyman, by power of commission in this regard issued at another time); examined.
