Since I had to visit the archives, I managed to search the Burial records of the Old Llnatwit cemetery and they are not buried there.

I did also check Skewen and Britton Ferry, but nothing there either. Would they have been chapel people ? It might be worth having a look at the nearest chapels to their address. Otherwise , maybe they went "home" for burial.

Hi Sam, thanks for checking Skewen and Briton Ferry too.  According to Family Search Frederick William Shayler was baptised in Coychurch, Peterston Super Montem  in 1892. Does anyone know which Church or Chapel this was likely to be?

Why not try the Pontycymmer graveyard, where William was from. They might beburied there, so it might be worth contacting Bridgend council

Hi Sam, I have contacted Bridgend Council previously but with no success. I contacted Aberkenfig Resource Centre today and they checked their records.  They managed to find Frederick's father of the same name in Gelliron Cemetery (Pontycymmer), eventhough he was living in Swansea when he passed away. Thanks for your suggestion.
One step closer.

Finally found Elizabeth and Frederick's final resting place. They were cremated at Glyntaff Crematorium and buried in the grounds.
Still trying to trace Elizabeth's parents.
