Lookup at Portsmouth History Center

Hello!

I just learned my relative was in the Portsmouth Workhouse in 1912, which is concerning and not at all what I expected to find. I see the record is at the Portsmouth History Center in what is called the Creed registers 1879-1953 (which served as admission registers). His name was Fenton Moore. Would anyone be willing to look the record up as I'm not able to go on my own.

By the way, it appears he was there twice that year but now see it was for only a day each time!
