Anyone having trouble signing into FindMyPast?

This is the message I'm getting this morning and it was the same last night.  Tried the UK and AU sites.

Cannot POST /sign-in

A few days ago I could sign-in but searches would only work in newspapers.  Last time things "worked" was at Easter, but not all that well.   It's been problematic on the old iPad ever since they "updated" the search format a few months ago.

My sub runs out in a few days.  It's not much use to me at the moment anyway.

Seems to work OK on the laptop.   I find the iPad much more comfortable and easier to carry around.

Not sure what to suggest apart from contacting them . It' obviously an iPad incompatibility problem if you've had problems for a while. I know a few people on here use iPad to use FindMyPast though  :-\

I don't like their sign in page - they seem to push signing in via Facebook!

Added - have PMed someone who uses iPad.

Can log in OK, but finding it very slow at retrieving images this evening.

No problem when using my laptop but with my iPad after entering details........nothing but the little blue circle going round and round.....

I have contacted them.

No problem whatsoever retrieving images on my iPad, if anything quicker than usual.

I've just signed in and done a search on my iPad, no problem at all, which of course doesn't help you! Is your iPad software up to date - mine updated to iOS11.3 this morning?
