It does seem strange for them to marry in Sussex especially as the daughters were still in the Yorkshire area. 

I still can't see Henry / George.

It looks as if they may have lived in Hailsham and then Olive returned to Yorkshire after her husband's death.

Henry John Austen died 9th March 1959. Address 34, Balnam Road, Polegate, Sussex. (I can't find this road on a map)

Please can you set out (transcribe) the 1901 census entries you have found?  At the moment we don’t know Olive’s birthdate or birthplace, or any details of the children, making it hard to help you trace them.
In 1901 Henry George 35 is with Olive A 24 in Wraysbury - Builders house and yard. He was an employer builder and contractor. The first daughter was born later in 1901


Olive claims she is married, not a widow, in 1911, which suggests Henry is around somewhere.
