What I can’t see is a marriage between Edward and Evelyn.

I’m thinking this is her marrying in 1914:

It’s a marriage I can’t see. It’s possible they didn’t marry if she was still married to James Lenard.

Have found Bruce. His military record has Evelyn for next of kin on page 5. His birth is down as 27-10-1913.

Thanks for the new info and addendums to this never ending storey...i may have to access MARYBOROUGH VIC school records this should give guardian/parents of RONALD and HAZEL KOFOED possibly any clues..Jamjar  Craig

Before 26th November 1914, Evelyn Georgina had registered to vote using the name Evelyn Georgina KOFOED.

She is shown at Ararat with others of the surname including Edward KOFOED who is a miner.
In Woodend in 1913 is one James LENARD. Registered as living at Trentham, a farmer.

In 1917, the KOFOED couple, Edward and Evelyn are at Woodend, with Edward registered as living at Park Street Trentham.

The first child to the couple was born in Trentham in 1915.

Olive May KOFOED. 1915. #17210. Father Edward. Mother Evelyn DALY.

I cannot make another definite sighting for James LENARD.
