Think I have this. I see it as Thomas Baddyle. A Thommis Badle passes Elsinore 12 days later coming from London.

I think you’re probably right. But I think the last letter is o, not e. It could be written Baddylo, perhaps a variant of Baddelow(e).

The surname here looks like Badl..., but I’m unsure of the last letter. The name seems much shorter than the one in your first extract.
