McKnight - McCulloch Marriage
« on: Wednesday 11 April 18 23:50 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find a marriage record for Elizabeth Ruth McKnight and Matthew McCulloch. Below is the information I have so far :

1)   Elizabeth Ruth born on 22/2/1889 in Whitetown, Dungannon, Co Tyrone.  (birth cert)
•   census 1901 – living in Dundrum, Co Dublin.
•   census 1911 – living in Newmills, Co Tyrone.
•   living in Dundrum, Co Dublin from 1916 onwards for some time.  (family record)
•   living at Birkinshaw, Larkhall, Lanarkshire, Scotland in 1938.  (Mrs McCulloch - personal letter)
•   died on 30/12/1963 in Boston, Lincolnshire, England.  (Elizabeth Ruth McCulloch - probate record)

2) Matthew died sometime before Elizabeth. I have no other information on Matthew.

I believe the marriage must have taken place sometime between 1916 and 1938.

Any help appreciated,

Clive

They married in Blythswood district, Scotland, in 1928. Certificate can be purchased via scotlandspeople website.
