Some commodities from 1616

Some help with some less clear words would be appreciated. I have (starting on line 5):

1   pece   ordinary english say

4   dozen   lether purses cost 18d per dozen

Not sure what to make of fring.

ADDED:

In a few places, where you have pece, the word is peces, with an -es brevigraph after the c.  An example is the English fustians.

I agree the word is Russell.

ADDED 2:

In relation to the word you have as perpetranoes, I think your transcribed r is a c.

However, that doesn't make it any more sensible to me.

Is a perpetrano a known thing?

Yes it's an odd spelling for a type of cloth. Perpetuanaes were taxed as a single serge.

I agree the word is Russell.


seems a Russell comes from a corruption of the Dutch name for Lille so a cloth in this style
