Have you tried searching www.gro.gov.uk ..the birth I posted might be worth while looking at ..Don't see any other for a lillian Campbell in Jarrow  ..Not seeing a marriage so far for a Thomas Campbell to a Margaret Smith ?

There appears to be a death in 1884 for the Lily Campbell born in Lanchester in 1883.

To summarise - she married Frederick J Jackson in 1905.

They can be found together in 1911 and the free index gives her name as Lillian.

She can be found as Lillian on the 1939 which also reveals her year of birth (you can find this on a free search if you don't have access)
