Can anyone help?

I am trying to trace a * Sinclair, who was born around 1943, possibly in Liverpool, but he appears to have lived in Liverpool in the early 1960s, at Ingleton Road, Kirby.

We think he had a brother * and a sister *?

Would love to hear from anyone who knows this family.

Many thanks.
