Is Caversham Project database search still working?

Hi. I've been trying to do an Electoral Roll Search (in the Caversham Project website  https://caversham.otago.ac.nz/dbaccess/index.php ) but regardless of what I enter into the Search Criteria boxes, I get 169,234 results (which I'm guessing is the full database). Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?

In Minnie's link, and unless I am reading it wrong, doesn't it say the Project is now closed?
