Looking for the parents of Benjamin F. Cook in New Jersey
« on: Wednesday 18 April 18 15:35 BST (UK) »
I am looking for the names of the parents for Benjamin F. Cook born about 1873 in New Jersey. He possibly had a sister by the name of Mary E. Cook born about September 1889 in New Jersey. I believe their parents passed away prior to the 1900 census as they are listed living with their grandparents Charles W. Fuller and Amy Fuller. Thank you in advance.

Hi Sandra,
I don't know if this helps but the grandparents in the 1900 census are Charles Fuller and Amelia "Amy" Millham. Charles was Amy's 3rd husband. Her first husband was Charles Hartsell. Her second husband was a man by the name of ? Hoffman. Amy and her second husband (Hoffman) had 4 children, Ellen, Emma Matilda, Samuel and Mary.

The 1900 census said Benjamin was 16 years old born 1873   ::) Evan 1871 (birth added in reply
2 above)

This looks more like Benjamin's  - Wm Cook aged 33 years and Ida aged  16 years.

1st August 1884 - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FC59-GP2
