Can you make these strangers recognizable?

Hi, this photo was in a bad state to begin with and making it larger has made it worse, can you try to work some magic?

Had a go, Ann, but I couldn't coax a lot out of it without making it up. Other restorers might do better for you.

I had a go too  but there's not much detail left in any of the faces.
Photo restorers may re-use and improve on my posted versions. Acknowledgement appreciated.
