Greame Street, Manchester 1965

Hi there I am trying to find out who lived at 98 Greame Street in Manchester in 1965.

I am trying to find out more about a Jean Moore who was living there in December 1965 when aged 16. I assume given her age then she lived with her parents or family but am not sure.

Does anyone please know if there is an easy way to access electoral rolls from that time please?
