Hello I’m looking for the death of Ezekiel Edward Powell or any other helpful info on him. I also would like to find his parents as I’m struggling to find any info.
Born: abt 1823 Wakefield,Essex.

Married in 1844 to Mary Ann Digby (1821-1896)

Had 6 children,
Catherine Powell-Chelmsford 1845-1896
George Henry Powell-Braintree 1847-?
Mary Ann Powell- Chelmsford 1849-?
Sarah Ann Powell- Lewisham 1853-?
Henry James Powell- West Ham 1855-?
Thomas Powell- West Ham 1859-?

1861 Census West Ham, Essex
1871 I’m having trouble finding any family matches for this time.
Then I have his wife Mary Ann in 1881 as a Widow living in West Ham, Essex

Birthplace is not Wakefield but Wethersfield, Essex (as shown in 1861).

In 1851 I think it is rendered as “Wevisfield” but mistranscribed as Wakefield in some places.  Wakefield is of course in Yorkshire, not Essex.

Looks like you have missed a child - Mary A, 19 in 1881.

Birth reg: Mary Ann Powell mmn Digby, Jun qtr 1863 West Ham.

I Was guessing the first Mary Ann passed away at a young age.
