How to insert a snipped image into a Rootschat post?

Please can someone tell me how to insert a snipped image (from a death certificate) into a Rootschat post?  It's a png. and I tried attaching it but nothing happens.   :(

Thank you ArthurK.  I did try to find out but didn't know where to look in Rootschat.  At first glance it looks quite complicated but I will have a go.  No time now, though, will have to wait a few days!

make sure it's not a look-up request board! images aren't allowed on those.
