Yes, many thanks for your information. The site basically displays all that i know, but no Marriage or date of marriage for our Alexander and Mary. I have been searching for the "will" but haven't come across it as yet.
Thanks once again. Shirley

Extract from Will mentions his brother with wife Mary BUT beside that it says   Peter Paumier brother of Rev A L  ??

This is wonderful...........many thanks for the "tree" Is there any chance that i could have the full version? Or how can i find it?
My records show that Henry Leslie married Mary Borrough so all seems to fit together nicely. It was nice also to see the name Peter Paumier obversely Mary Leslie nee Paumier would be his Sister.
Great, Great..............thank you so much!!!
Bye for now Cinny.

Oh how sad.................I'm really disappointed. By the way on this "Tree" it reads under Alexander Leslie's information.......TCD 20th April 1722 aged 17 yrs, do you know what this means?

Bye for now, and thanks once again for your help. Cinny.

Just means he entered Trinity College then, when he was 17.

Hi Shirley,

Just in case you don't have this - I randomly came across it in the  Crossle, Betham and Thrift Genealogical Abstracts. It's also on Ancestry under the title "Abstracts of Wills and Marriages" for Ireland. - though that title really does not represent its contents.

I've found 1821 census extracts, vestry book pages, letters to the genealogist Crossle and lots of other bits. It's definitely worth leafing through if you haven't already.
