Labour corps pte Michael morrissey
« on: Thursday 26 April 18 15:29 BST (UK) »
Good afternoon.  I am attempting to research. Pte Michael Morrissey service number 607016 , he has previous service with the Royal Irish regiment. I think he may have been in leopardstown before he died in the 1970s . Thanks for any help in advance.

What is it you want to know?
Is it his service or family?
His RIR number indicates joining in 1909.

Thanks very much for replying. I have two questions really. Is it possible to tell what Labour corps bn he served with. And can you give me a date of death please. He is not recorded on the family headstone. Thanks again.

Impossible to say which Coy. he was in without a service record unless he was still serving after 1920 in which case his record will be with the MOD which may include his WW1 service.
With regard to his death I would suggest asking on the Ireland board:
