Marriage West and Carr

If anyone is able to locate a parish record of a marriage for

Charles J B West

And

Winifred M Carr

Peterborough 1936

I have the civil reg info but I’m helping a friend who honestly can not afford to buy food let alone certs.  Or can some tell me where to find any parish records.  I have searched the two major genealogy sites without luck (or I could be missing it).
Winifred went on to marry again in 1941.

To look it up in parish records you have to know which church it took place in.  If it was a civil marriage in a registry office - it can't be looked up and the cert would have to be purchased

Not got the marriage but there is this.
Charles J B West was born 3.11.1898 and was in the RAF.
Death Lewisham June 1969 born date above
It looks like he was Charles Joseph Bernard West mother Elizabeth from his WWI records from Lewisham.4 Engate St  boot repairer.

John L Carr  son of Winifred M Carr at Bean Kent before their marriage .She was born in Camberwell 22.1.1912 mother's maiden name Maud Alice Henrietta  Craddock.Her father Frederick Gifford Carr.

If Winifred remarried in 1941 they presumably divorced between 1936 and 1941
