Caleb only seemed to be a soldier for 2 weeks can anyone tell me the numbers indicate for his reason for discharge please?

Paragraph 392 iii c c  - Recruit with more than 3 months service not likely to become an efficient soldier.  As he had done only one month I believe it should have been para 392 iii c - admin mistake?
