I've tried to enhance the image & the writing seems to be very lengthy & looks quite like Elizabeth?

Can you post a wider image with more script for letter comparison please?

These are the relevant birth entries -
Looks like the 10 month old was born Elizabeth so possibly Eliza ( though looks more like Elizia) and the other was Mary Margaret

Missed this "Looks like the 10 month old was born Elizabeth so possibly Eliza ( though looks more like Elizia) and the other was Mary Margaret"

My net cuts out so often I have to speed read i.e. sometimes miss things in my hurry before it cuts off  ::)

ALH,

"I wonder who is actually in this photo I have then! (Or I wonder if they aren't actually sisters of Kathleen afterall)"

There me have been a later child named Imelda?

Now you have an Elizabeth, it may be she's not at the wedding for whatever reason or maybe just not in your pic, maybe died?

I've found an Imelda Corten (this name is in my Nan's address book) who went over to Australia at the age of 27. If I can find her marriage records it may help put the puzzle together a bit more.

They had a Theresa in 1913, but that is the only other daughter I can see. They had four other sons - Michael and Valentine after 1911 and John and James before 1911.

Which website did you find this on? I can't seem to locate them.

I've just noticed in my Nan's address book that Imelda married Colin Corten, then under this record there is Mr B and Mrs Kathleen Burns who are also in Australia. Maybe the photo has been logged incorrectly here as I dont think they are actually Valentine's family.
