Thanking everyone for information, much appreciated .  The occupation for Henry James Hersey came from his son’s marriage certificate. Would it at all be possible to look for Henry James Hooper father of the bride also in Hendon or Poplar.  It is weird that both father’s had same Christian names. Regards Eirwen.

When /where did Henry's son marry.

Henry James Hersey’s son was Ernest George but believe he was not born till 1907/8. Up date on Henry James Hooper, his occupation was commercial traveller. Hope this will help to locate the family in 1901. Regards Eirwen.
