William Henry Corner death

I am having difficulty in finding a likely death for William.
William born 26 Jan 1879 Stockwell. He married 1905 Brixton to Ethel Alice Wood. In 1911  family was living in Camberwell. Ethel Alice died 1925 Camberwell. Henry appears to be in Camberwell with daughter Doris in 1939. No deaths appear in the Camberwell area. The most likely deaths age wise appear to be 1943 Reading and 1945 Dorchester but I have no idea why he would be in those locations.
Is there any way to determine if either are my William before I start ordering death certs?

Reading is not so very far from London. He might have been recruited to some workplace there either for war work or to replace young men called up, despite his age. Any clues as to where & when Ethel died? I can't see anything on FreeBMD.

Ok didn't properly interpret your post! Many Doris Corners marry - did yours, and where?

OK I see she's probably the Doris A who wed in Uxbridge district 1942. That's so far west in London it's halfway to Reading!

There are 4 other Corners in 1939 - 70 Rosemary Road if that's the right family

A free search of the 1939 shows a William H Corner (1878) in the Reading area as well as your William in Camberwell (1879) so it looks as though you can discount the Reading one 

ADDED burial for Reading one gives abode as 11 Coley Hill.
