I think these must be the "Catholic Houses" - they are at the beginning of Pendle Street East. Fort Square would be the next block along to the left of this view. A large white house is visible behind that block which I would guess is Fort Villa.

Interesting Shaun, and Will Hargreaves is living in Fort Villa.
