Meaning of 7 Months Certified?

Can you please help?

I've just received my very first Death Certificate from GRO and a little confused as to the cause of death?

It states "Consumption" which i understand BUT it below says "7 Months Certified"?
What does the 7 Months Certified mean? Here's an image :

It means that he had been suffering from Consumption for 7 months, and that death from that ailment had been certified by a medical practitioner.

It looks to be "Natural from internal hernia" does that seem right?
Also what's the P.M?

This one is a bit different.  The person died "naturally" but a post mortem was carried out and it was discovered that the cause of death was actually an internal hernia - Mr Google knows the answer to that
